About the Rebar Cold Stamping Connection Technology,  the machine is used to connect reinforced rebar HRB335 and HRB400.

The recommended oil in the machine is L-HM32 Hydraulic Oil. When environmental temperature is lower than 10℃, could change to L-HM22 Hydraulic Oil. And when temperature is higher than 40℃, could change to L-HM46 Hydraulic Oil.

The oil surface of Tank should always be higher than the center of Oil Scale Mark in order not to pump the oil empty. When add oil, should use 120 mesh Oil Strainer to filter impurity. When use frequently, clean oil filter 1 time each two months, and clean tank 1 time each half a year, at the same time, change new oil.

Pump works normally during the temperature 20-50℃, when oil temperature is too high, need stop or adopt cooling measure. When oil temperature is too low, need to adopt heating measure or lower the voltage to increase the oil temperature.
